Google Cardboard Personas

09/16/2019: Come up with 3 personas for Google Cardboard

Persona 1

Alice is a recent empty nester. She lives in Des Moines, Iowa, as a stay at home Mom with her husband Ned. Ned and Alice have three daughters - two which attend college at Iowa State University, and one which is at the University of Minnesota. Alice misses her daughters dearly, and has had a hard time adjusting to their house being quiet. Alice wants a Google cardboard to see what her daughters new lives look like. She would love to help them decorate their new homes, answer their cooking questions, and see their faces on a regular basis.

Persona 2

Fred is a 60 year old retired dad who loves to tinker with new toys. Whenever friends visit the house, he shows off his latest gadgets. He lives in a small city in Wisconsin, with his wife Berta. Their two sons live together in California. Whenever the boys visit home for the Holidays, Fred always has a new gadget to show off. Fred wants a Google cardboard so he can imagine he is in sunny California with his sons. He loves to jet ski when he visits the West coast, and would love to pretend he can do it year round with his boys by using a Google cardboard.

Persona 3

Little Maggie is a 9 year old girl who loves to learn new things. She enjoys playing video games, watching YouTube videos, and drawing pictures in her pink room in Seattle, Washington. Her dad Michael works at Amazon, and loves to share stories with Maggie every night at dinner about work and technology. Maggie wants to play with a Google Cardboard so she can play with technology just like her dad. She is asking for a Google Cardboard and labs set for her birthday in two weeks.
